Think about it. There are other games that make you install data before you can play it for the first time (gtaIV comes to mind). Why doesn't this game have one disk with static data on (like uniforms, stadiums, the in game menu screens, the 15 fans with glasses, ect.) that we had to install onto our harddrives the first time we fire it up, and then a second disc that was the actual gameplay disk that would be needed all the time. I guess it would be like on real computers. There could be twice has much "stuff" in this game.

I hate having to install crap on my hard drive. Ive had a 360 for like four years or something and haven't filled up my 20gb hd yet, but my 9 month old ps3 only has half of the 160gb left because of installing games on it.

Forza 3 did it with the cars and tracks.

I wouldn't mind it if one disk held all the teams, stadiums, etc.

Then we could get full 85 men rosters, maybe FCS teams, etc.

I love having things installed to the HD for quick loading times and occasionally even faster gameplay. I wish Microsoft would release a bigger HD. I'd stick a 1 terrabye drive in my 360 if they'd make one.

I thought the limiting factor was man hours, not disc space? I could be wrong though.

i asked this about madden ... and apparently ...its more of a memory issue ... not a disc space issue ...
