I just finished year 2 of my Indiana dynasty. The only thing I can get is 3* or less. I faught all year to get a 4* SS who was an in-state recruit but he went to Notre Dame.

I've been getting a lot of players from Michigan, then Ohio, then Indiana & Illinois. Also Kentucky and Florida.

Sounds about right. Its hard to get anything above your own prestige level. And well, lets face it, IU football sucks!
