how do i download a team off my computer to a flashdrive for a PS3 off the teambuilder website

or if someone could send me a team to my PS3 name or download it onto their computer and find a way for me to get it on my flashdrive

You can't move files from Teambuilder to the PS3 using a flash drive, only downloading from your PS3 profile to the PS3 via the internet connection on the PS3.

actually you can use a flash drive i just dont know how
