Highest incoming recruit rating?

A little bit off topic, but has anyone received a hard commit from a 3 star or higher prospect without a scholarship being offered. The CPU seems to do it sometimes.

In my Pitt dynasty, in year three or so, LSU recruited a monster SS. Think he was 85-86 overall and 80+ in every category as a true freshman.

No but I had a 2star TE commit to me that was not even on my board, and I never offered him either.

Highest I've ever had was an athlete that came in as an 80 overall CB. He is the only five star recruit I have gotten. I always play with 1* teams and haven't played a dynasty long enough to get really good. Keep restarting due to the patches and stuff. I'm currently in my fourth season with Army and I haven't gotten higher than a 3* guy yet and the highest rating was a WR who was a 64 ovr at HB lol. I'm fifth on the #1 QBs list right now though. Really hoping I can get him and add him to this list here soon.

Florida has a bad-*** freshman WR in year 3 of my dynasty. He's 6-foot-7, 220 pounds, 90+ speed and like 84 overall. I don't control Florida in my dynasty but I play most of their games now because of him. The best part about him is his name: COLA FOSTER. How cool is that??
