Re: Highest incoming recruit rating?

The thing about moving players, like linebackers to the trenches, they don't pack on the weight in the game. They continue to gain 1-4 pounds a year like every other position.

Maybe if we have weight-based momentum next year this will be addressed.

Re: Highest incoming recruit rating?

In my dynasty, LSU has a freshman FS named Obadiah Taylor, who I also recruited but to no avail (I didn't even crack his top 10).

He is 6-5 207 pounds, 4-star, and came in 84 overall. This guy has 98 speed and is listed as their back-up OLB (starts because the starter is injured), and he is also their nickle back. Basically, they run a quasi 4-2-5 but not out of design.

Anyway, this guy is the leader for the Thorpe Award as a freshman. Amazing superstar in the making. I play LSU every year so it will be fun watching this player "grow up."

Because fast LBs on this game can just dominate. I've got a couple of 3 star OLBs who came in with 97/99 Accel and they just run all over the field.

QB Matt Vaughn
5'11 176 lbs
83 overall
84 speed, 85 acc, 79 agility
92 thp, 82 tha

He is currently a true freshman and my backup behind my senior QB. He has looked really good in mop up duty as I decided not to redshirt him as I brought in another 5* QB in the class.

Ha, ha. Gotcha, that makes more sense. If only the game would allow weight progression like that and even have weight factor into game play.
