No Huddle Glitch?

I just started a dynasty and all four games I've played so far all the teams do is the no huddle offense. I'm pretty sure its a glitch because the teams didn't have the no huddle offense and they did it every single play except on 4th or on an incomplete pass.

While we're on the topic of no-huddle glitches, anyone else had the glitch where a team that runs it decides to change formation, bringing you to the playcalling screen...only once you pick a play, the CPU hurries up to the line and the game brings up the no-huddle playcalling menu, and you can't select a play or audible or do anything until the ball is snapped?

Yep. I was going to mention it but I was playing a game and couldn't think of a way to describe it.

It happens every now and then and is frustrating when you can't adjust your secondary or your line.

To add some specifics, it only happens when there's an injury on the play. The CPU wants to call a no huddle, but the game stops due to the injury, but then the glitch happens like you described. The other glitchy thing about it is that the player that was injured on the play actually plays until they do make it to a huddle, then he comes out.
