Stopping players that drop back...

20 yards every pass ply? If i blitz zone or man, i get beat. When i ply coverage, i get beat
my front 4 doesn't get enough pressure. Hints & tips pls

It's tough man.

For starters try using three down lineman instead of four. You aren't going to get pressure so youre just wasting guys rushing the qb.

I use a lot of cover 2 man and if I have a linebacker on a wr I'll hot route one of the safeties to double that guy. I user the other safety. Pay attention to what plays they run out of what formation because guys like that usually run the same plays over and over.

Try and make them have long drives. Allow for short gaines, just take away the big plays. Guys like that get frustrated and start to press when they can't complete bombs every play.

And use your offense as defense. If they don't have to ball they can't score.

^Thanks, i usually ply cover 2 but ill do it w/3 front next time. I wish EA will make ppl pay for playing like that.
