Can't retire from online dynasty

So when I try to retire from one of my online dynasties, I get a message that says "Error: Database Error".

I've tried deleting dynasty files from my profile, switching teams, retiring from inside and outside the dynasty and no matter what I do, I can't retire.

REALLY annoying, EA.

Here's an update after talking to tech support:

If you talk to EA tech support, clearing out the cache seems to be the solution for everything thats wrong with this game. From online pass not working to the pump fake glitch.

Not once did i have a problem that clearing the cache helped...not a single time.

But anyways, wait for the week to advance and try again,that should do it. If not try week after that, eventually you'll be able to remove yourself.
