That's crazy. If anything I would have thought the ISP wouldn't work for IN PROGESS dynasty if it wasn't going to work. That's pretty bad that one of the patch/tuner bullet points (ISP is back!) is flat out wrong....

It doesn't work at all for me for new dynasties or in progress dynasties. I simmed 2 seasons of each checking my roster after each week and no +1 in any of the stat categories

it'll work in dynasties that were created before patch/tuner #3 was downloaded. but if you created a new dynasty after downloading patch/tuner #3, it does not.

Perhaps the ISP doesn't work with default roster players.
