worth it??........or not???

It's one of my favorite football games ever made. They pretty much revamped everything, like the jump Madden 09 had to Madden 10. It's a big change. The game feels and plays completely different, unlike any other NCAA before it.

I think it's also the first time ever that NCAA has gotten better reviews than Madden has. It's got an 86 on Metacritic to Madden 11's 83

wow, your other post made me feel a little sorry for you but this tells me so much more. speed is all you need. cover two zone, blitz olb and dominate. man d was useless. dlineman couldnt get sacks. super jumping. run blocking is the worst thing ive ever seen and if you use a db you would get over 20 ints a year. and the cpu would come close. the stat simulator was garbage. no presentation. sliders didnt work worth a damn if the slider worked at all. and again. cover two zone made the worst player on D look good. oh, and the slot streaks at 14 yards was always open. you could also manipulate the ai of the offensive line by moving two players before snap. but you know about manipulating mister rocket catch.

and to the op. its very good. if your a offline player its heaven although the OD's are awesome. just don't play randoms online. its no different than its ever been in that regard.

I liked 09 (I didn't buy '10), but to say 09 is better than 11 is ridonculous.

If you like college football and you like video games, get 11. Period.

This is the first NCAA game I have bought in a few years. The last one I played a lot was back on the PS2. This game is great though, if you are even considering it then you should def buy it. Best football game I have ever played I think.

Not sure about these guys but I'd say its a decent game with the three patches and all the LTPs. I wouldn't go as far as to praise EA seeing as the game was effectivly broken out of the box.

With that said, this is the year of the offense. Defense for the most part is kinda absent. It is hard to "pressure" the AI QB. Zone defense is not very good. The AI is completly unaware of a reciever running near them.
Man coverage is either hit or miss. They will either lead the recievers route or lose him. sometimes you will see the exception.

So if you want offensive football, high excitement plays but a general lack of "simulation" football then this is a good game.

As for my opinion, its the same arcade game EA has put out since going next gen.
