I know it probably doesn't matter much gameplay wise (recruit size).

But why can't they generate recruits who actually fit their position. I have 3, 4* DE committed in week 6. These guys are, and I kid you not, 6'5 206, 5'10 324, and 6'3 210.

Sorry, but this isn't simulation. Nobody of that size would ever be a decent college DE. Likewise, in another dynasty, I saw a 5 star receiver who was 5'11 240. Really? C'mon. Is there a fix for this?

yeah the DL sizes are off (though your last one could be a OLB in a 3-4 and a DE in high school) esp since their is no weight change throughout the dynasty. i honesty have put under 200 pound FSs as MLBs and OLBs when i cant get decent recruits there and they receive a rating increase...i dont really worry about their weight since the game doesnt factor that in

Re: I know it probably doesn't matter much gameplay wise (recruit size).

they really need to allow for either change to height and weight or have a weight progression system. Back when I played in college I knew of a tackle that came in at 240 and graduated at 290. Likewise, a couple of D-lineman put on 30-40 lbs of muscle in their 4 years. This was at division 2. In division 1, where the weight training programs are no doubt more strenuous, I can imagine bulking up dramatically and this needs to be incorporated.

you gotta post a pic with that 5'10" 324 lb DE with the rest of the defesnive line it would look extremely odd. i usually cant find DTs that size which is so annoying

Those DE sizes don't sound too bad, it's just a matter of they're attributes matching their sizes

I love 5'9 185 "power" HBs

Or 6'4 280 TE with B- catch ratings being a blocker.

It sure beats the old school glitch of recruiting a player who was seriously 0'9 and would be like tom thumb out on the field.

I recruited a 5 star ATH who was 6'5 170lbs. I thought he'd be a WR. Turns out he can't catch, and will have to play CB since he seems to excel in Zone and man coverage

The most annoying one is the 5'9 250 MLBs. Or the 6'4 162 5* WR's.
