Zero progression in the offseason in my offline dynasty..... any suggestions?

Remember a few weeks ago when EA released the patch without the tuner (or was it the other way around) and progression during the offseason was eliminated. Well, out of no where I started having that problem again. It happened at the end of my sixth season. I didn't have time to start a new dynasty yet but I did quit the dynasty, reload the tuner and then reload the dynasty. That was unsuccessful.

Has this happened to anyone else recently. Any suggestions on what I should do?

I just had that problem today. I finished my second season and no offseason progression whatsoever. I think my problem came from the fact I cleared the cache on my HD due to freezing issues, so I think I was left with the tuners, but not the patches. Regardless of why, my dynasty is done now.

Ok, well glad to know I am not the only one. Trust me man, I truly feel your pain.
