I plan to play mostly offline dynasty mode. Is ncaa 11 a big upgrade? How difficult and fun is recruiting? How much better is the gameplay? Can ncaa 10 be "fixed' with sliders?

Recruiting is 100 times better with 11.
Gameplay is more realistic and in my opinion better with 11 but if you like a more arcade type of gameplay then go with 10.

Ya, I'm mostly concerned with realism and recruiting. That's what I love about college hoops 2k8.

Then I would def go with 11 as football5680 mentioned. 11 is a lot better than 10.
