I'm half way through year three of a dynasty and want to start a coaching carousel. I waited three years so I could have some bigger records to go off of.
I don't want to just pick and choose which coaches go where myself because I want to make it seem real.
Does anyone have any ideas for a formula to when a coach leaves and when a team fires a coach? Whether it be change in team prestige, recent record, a mixture of both or something else.
