OD Results glitch?

I'm a commish of a 4 person OD (playing with friends and using created teams in the big 12), and for some reason the past couple of years results have been randomly thrown out without me (the commish) doing anything.


It's happened atleast three times, this latest time I refreshed twice before advancing so nothing would happen and it still threw out the results.

My friend had just beat texas (his rival) 16-3 but after the week advanced, he had lost 35-7, now I know this to be true because I saw the highlights and he even had a video of a linebacker jumping over two offensive linemen (gives new meaning to super linebacker).

Has anyone seen anything similar to this?

don't think I've seen it on NCAA 11, It was an issue in NCAA '09 and 10 though. usually it wont happen if you don't save the OD file locally on your console(the commissioner at least), although, I could be thinking about another issue that could be prevented by doing that.
