Not sure if this is some big revelation or not and I didn't see it posted anywhere but I decided to try to figure out how 40 times relate to speed ratings and this is the scale that I came up with:

UPDATE:
Also to clarify what each is for.....
40: is the speed rating
BNCH: is the str rating
SQT-S: is tackle for defense and break tackle for offense, this is skill players.
SQT-L: is tackle for defense and run block for offense, this is lineman and linebackers.

Do those grades and ratings good for all attributes? such as thp, tha, acc?

Yup. You will notice that the grades are ranges, ie if you QB had B+ acc it could be anything from 88-91.

I agree

I use this speed chart on my Alumni rosters and it's makes having a true speed burner stand out much better

I was shocked to see how many players that are rated a 90 in Madden and NCAA football that aren't even a 85 speed based on their combine 40 times.

This chart renders a huge drop off in overall ratings at CB, LB and S since the players at those positions aren't as fast as they were rated by EA
