How do you tell the other members of the dynasty that you ready to advance?? In NCAA 10 there was a "select ready to advance" button, but now I don't see it? It used to show you what other members had finished their recruiting, but now it doesn't...or am I just not seeing it?

Are you playing NCAA 2011?

You can set yourself as ready to advance right under the button for recruiting. Under dynasty central you can see the other members that are ready to advance because they will have a big green dot next to their name.

Yeah I'm not sure what screen you are looking at, but normally it pops up on the very first screen once you log in:
