That is because the headers are missing. The stats you are seein for those positions do not actually match up with the top header you are seeing. You will have to manually put them in.

They allow you to mass compare. You can also use them to find certain types of players a lot easier than using the game. Say you don't care as much about an all around corner, just a guy who is awesome in m2m. You can easier sort the prospects by mcv ability. Just little things like that, plus the fact it's a lot easier looking at each player.

It really depends how much you know excel and are willing to spend a few minutes.

Ideas:

Convert the grades to ratings. (this is a loose ideal... see my first post)

do a system that rates the players based on those ratings. Mine rates players at each position three ways (for instance... Halfback it will rate every player in the class by speed, power, and balanced.) I give weight to the various ratings based on how much they matter for that style of runner and at that position.

All that crap took me a couple hours admittedly. But now it's a 5 minute sort and paste. (exactly as I describe in my post)

I can't give away my work, I have guys in my league that would use it against me. But I can tell you that it doesn't take an excel genius to do the work for himself. I'd be described as an excel novice by some. lol
