Some people are simply incapable of going through life, without finding or inventing ,something to get upset about.

It's a fascinating phenomenon.

don't see how it's fraud, every game and/or computer software has issues. It's not like they put "This game will work perfectly at all times" on the box.

as for the Online Dynasty site, you pretty much have to expect issues to come up when you see "beta" on the site.

In NCAA 10, they advertised the weather channel feature, but it never worked online. Also, the team entrances this year are only shown when you're playing the CPU, and are never shown in an online game vs. a user.

If your acusing NCAA of fraud, what do you call what Madden has done over the years... RAPE!!!
So you can talk to a lawyer and /or not buy the game anymore.

yeah I dont think it was EA's intentions for specific things not to work correctly. From what I have experienced, this is one of the better games out of the box. I assume you dont have Call of Duty: Black ops? That has been horrendous....

Damn, never had any of these problems but it's a free country. If you have the money then sue away!
