yes, I believe you usually get offers from teams that have lower prestige than the one you got fired from, or in the case of 1*, an equal(or you get no offers and "game over", although you can always create a new coach at any time and take any job you want)

I know this isn't the suggestions thread, but I've always thought the coaching carousel was long overdue in the NCAA series.
