Do coaches get fired if you enter their names in the edit coach thing?

I have not done a lot of testing to see if this happens. I did notice that when I took a different job the coach at the school I took over replaced me at my old school. This is a feature that has yet to make its way into the NCAA series.

no. I've changed the coach name from "Nebraska Coach" to Bo Pelini. Just make sure you dont accidentally "quit" instead of select "edit"

So the question remains, why put an approval rating when you can't be fired?

I think u can get fired if you're bad enough. Its pretty hard but I think it can be done....I remember seeing some posts on here before of people that have gone 2-10 and have been fired.

The answer is no, there is no coaching carousel. However the USER team can indeed get fired. Sort of like a "Game Over" situation.
