Coordinators and position coaches are such a big part of college games, I really wish they would put them in the game. (Kinda like 2k College Hoops) I'm not sure what the perks could be for having a top notch coordinator but I think it would be awesome to do contacts, get your OC stolen from you to be HC at Souther Miss. Also HC coaches leaving. It would be awesome and add a whole new dimension to the game.

Has EA said anything about adding it in?

I don't know if the NCAA team is looking at adding any from of coaches that matter or not. I do know it is something that has been asked for a number of time in the past few years. I agree that it is one of the many features about Choops2k8 that makes it a great game. It is fun to see members of your coaching staff move on and have success.
I have been one of the ones asking for this in wish list threads for the past few years. I'm at the point now I had rather have a game that has running QB's and a better rating system. I want to see EA stop making their game based on online play that kills hum vs cpu play.

They had this issue on that "survey" they sent out last year. Seems like an easy process to implement and would definitely add more depth to dynasty
