Developing your QB's

I have an interesting situation.. recruited my best player yet in year 3 of my wake forrest dynasty.. QB Koren Anthony.. came in as an 80 ovr. (92 spd 90 acc) he's not really a great passer and i use oregon's playbook so i keep my rs sr in as the starter who's an 88 ovr and bring in anthony to run the option and zone reads.. the only problem i have is when you use a qb to run a lot he fumbles and gets injured often.. i also play on heisman though so that may be the reason.. im hoping he doesnt transfer either because i promised solid playing time first year on campus but he never started but played a good amount.
