If I dont use all of my recruiting minutes in an online dynasty, and the commish moves the week forward, are my remaining minutes simmed or wasted?

I'm not 100% sure but I think if you don't use 'em-- you LOSE 'em. Because often times as the season's winding down you don't have enough recruits for the hours you have left (at least if you're a crappy team like I tend to be in my Online Dynasty), so I don't think they sim them-- they just go to waste.

I also don't see any movement/progress on recruits when I just leave mins and don't use them, more proof of waste not sim?

I think that if you have the recruiting assistance things turned on the CPU will recruit for you, but if you have them off it doesnt.
