Difference between Online & Offline Dynasty

I've never done an online dynasty, but I do you can access your recruiting from the web, which could be nice at times. Are there any disadvantages to it, is there something it doesn't have that online has? I only plan on playing it myself.

you can recruit from the web which is cool. I think the biggest drawback is that you have to wait twenty minutes before advancing through a week during the season which is no problem if you play the games, but if you sim or have a bye week it's kind of a pain

Another disadvantage to online is that there is no conference invites. I found this out about 3 years into my solo-rebuilding dynasty.

Do you mean you have to wait 20 mins from the time you submit them online? What if you submit them from the game?

No I mean you have to wait 20 mins to advance to the next week no matter what. so let's say you sim your week 1 game and then do your recruiting you probably ate up about 5 minutes max so then you'd have to sit around another 15 mins and wait to advance to week 2

Oh I see, guess you have to allow time for everything to upload, definetly something to consider.

You can't go through and adjust the coaching sliders for all the coaches in online dynasty mode, only your own coach.
