Re: Which QB to go after?

I usually play dynasty with crap teams/ tembuilder teams and try to rebuild them. Once I get a solid line, I go to the Pro style, under center, run heavy, tough, honest offense. I use the spread and gimmicks etc when im starting out simply because fooling the D works well when you cant just punch them in the face.

So, if youre in a good situation, I say QB number 2. He is not only tall, but QB 1 is only 6'1", which isn't the best height for a pocket passer. A tall pocket passer is a big advantage, none of the balls hit the lineman, etc lol. If you run pro, I say go QB number 2...they both probably turn out to be excellent, but I see #1 as more of a spread option kind of guy...

Go after the faster one... There throwing stats are not that much different and wont effect much on the game, but the speed will be there and will always be handy

What's their awareness? That's major for QBs.

Re: Which QB to go after?

I say it depends on your sliders if you have QB ACC set at default or a little below. I'll go for the guy with speed. But I play with QB ACC on 5 because I see a good seperation between QB's with good ACC and bad ACC at that level. So I try to recruit nothing less than B Accuracy at the QB position b/c at anything less my QB's struggle if they have to play early in their career, which is how I like it.

False. Widely stated by almost everyone that QB awareness affects wide receivers getting open, to simulate seeing the field better.

No way for real? Is that when you play online against a star QB there wr's always seem to get open?

Do you have a source on this because everything I have ever read said that QB AWR determines completion percentage during simulation and nothing else.
