I saw a couple of posts saying something to the effect of "in the future you won't have to worry about an AQ conference not having a championship game with the Big10 and Pac10 getting CCGs." You have to remember that the Big12 will be losing theirs. Unless they play 9 conference games like the Pac10 did (I have no clue if they will), then there'll be Big12 teams that don't play each other and you could end up with 2 undefeated Big12 teams.

I'm almost 100% sure they are going to have a conference championship. I know they don't want to lose that game...

Unless they add 2 teams (as far as I know they're still @ 10 teams) they won't be allowed to have a CCG. You must have @ least 12 teams to have a CCG as per the NCAA.

Last I heard the Big12 was going to round-robin their schedule so that everyone played everyone else. Kind of wish they'd find two worthy enough teams to fill the gap, but meh...

Round robin still works because then everyone plays each other...

Big 10 was dumb because they couldn't do a round robin and should have just added 1 more team way before all this
