OD - 0 Recruiting Hours on Each Player??

For the past 2 weeks in my online dynasty, in the recruit report, it says that I've spent 0 hours on every player I recruited. It even has players listed in there that I took off my board weeks ago! Its costing me important recruits! Anyone know what the issue is here and how to fix it? I've never had this problem in my offline dynasty.

You must have recruiting assistance turned on.

Yea because I didn't have any recruiting assistance on. It worked for one week and now its back to not giving me any points again.

Does anyone at all know why this is doing this or is it a hopeless glitch that I can't do anything about?

All my buddies in the dynasty are beginning to pull in good recruits (we're in season 2 of a 4 star prestige or less dynasty) and now i cant even pull in 3 stars. I have 4 commits and its week 13.

SO FRUSTRATING!
