It would be nice if there could be some kind of happy medium. After all, there can be topics you the coach want to bring up and highlight -- but what about the stuff you haven't brought up the player might want to know about even if it isn't his top priority? I'd like something more in the middle of the two, and I'll be interested to see what revisions (if any) EA will be making to the recruiting process for 12.
Good point...like making a "40 minute call" and you get to pick 2 topics while the recruit picks the other 2 for example? That would make sense.

Yes. The lower star players are not as good as their real life counterparts. If you play as a smaller school you can't get players that are rated like the ones out of the box.

They need to fix the problems of the players being too small or weak to handle the position. I know strength doesn't seem to matter in Madden or NCAA, and punters can play OL, but I'm tired of recruiting (or seeing as recruits) 6'2 270 OG's with 50 STR rated as 3* prospects.

They really need to give us the ability to schedule offseason workouts and plans for each player on our team. Players move positions all the time and have success at it, but in these games they can only move to one or two positions.

I recruited a G like the one above that had 92 ACC and thought he'd make an great FB. I was wrong. He went from around a 62 OVR LG to a 44 OVR FB.

yes but not by much I would say there should be a 20% increase in really good recruits (not elite) but good.

Yes. Definitely needs to be a lot more decent recruits. I'd say somewhere in the 70s range would be good.
