NCAA 10 - RoadtoGlory Questions

I would like to know on NCAA 2010 a few things.

1.) I am playing a QB and when we are wining the game in the 3rd qtr the coach takes me out and subs in back up. I have the settings to 0/1 for sub and I still come out can I fix this so I am never subbed?

2.) What is a good score to get per game and QB rating to ensure I get the Heisman and other achievements as a Freshman?
