I can guarantee you this won't ever be in the game, because it simply wouldn't work. Or better, it already IS in the game in that you could make that "intentional fumble pass" but of course the defense wouldn't just back off like that.

You wish? Really? Think about it, how do you imagine this could be implemented? This is not reality, in the game, we always know whether the play is alive or not, and as long as the ball is live, the players will play, it's that simple, and each and every way I can think about how this play could be implemented it would either be ridiculously ineffective or basically unstoppable cheese.

So no, this won't be implemented, and I'm glad about it. If they want to include more trick plays, rather give me some Swinging Gate, or give me a Fake FG like this (yes I know it's an NFL game, it's just the first example of such a play I've found, I've seen something like this tried in CFB multiple times this year), simply plays that work within the limits of the system.

No it would never make it into a game. Mainly because it would be very hard to pull it off agaist human or AI players. There is just some plays that will never work in video football games. This would be on of them.
