So far it looks like EA is really stepping up on the presentation this year, it would be great if they could get the license to use B.o.B.'s "I am the Champion" for bowl games. This would make the bowl's have a different feel. And to top it off even more if the BCS bowls had the different theme music (sounds like ABC). Here's a clip of what I'm talking about for that...

Yeah, they need that into. I remember they had some type of bowl intro on PS1. In the Orange bowl there would be a video with Oranges falling. Good stuff that always got me pumped up to play.

Include bowl patches as well on the jerseys.
