What extra pipeline state do you choose?

Since i play with TCU...and they only have Texas as a pipeline i try to go after Oklahoma,Arizona, Louisiana & some of the northeast states also

I usually start with California as a pipeline, if not I'd target it as well. But I'd lower the recruiting difficulty before I paid money on an extra pipeline.

If I don't have the Big 3 all of my recruiting efforts go towards setting up pipelines to Texas, California, and Florida

im my OD I use UF just for recruiting purposes. I have 2 different strategies. UF already had FL, GA, AL, & TX. my 1st strategy is if I see a prospect I REALLY want thats not in a pipeline & if i suspect the other humans in the OD to go after him as well, Ill choose his state as a pipeline 2 give me an advantage or 2 level the playing field just in case thats a pipeline state for a human. my 2nd strategy is I go after 3 & 2 star prospects because as UF, their easier 2 sign. so once I get 4 from a state, I just added a new state.
