I'm a fan of simple, classic uniforms (Michigan, Penn State, Notre Dame, Alabama, USC, etc), but if you're looking for teams with nice variety, my favorite is UNC with 3 different jerseys and 3 different pants. CSU (as a mid major) has good combos also with white, gold, and green pants and shirts.

For a non-homer pick, my favorite would like be the U with their many combos.

SMU had a really good selection in NCAA 11...one of the reasons I liked using them in Dynasty so much.

I like Classic-looking uniforms like USC, Texas, Bama, Notre Dame, Michigan, Michigan State (The NCAA 11 ones, I don't really dig their new uniforms much). Just a color or two.

Some of these pro combat things are kind of cool but some look bad. VT's uniforms they wore vs Boise State were cool. They had a VT watermark in the numbers. Most of those uniforms have too many colors and too much going on.
