If we do not meet all the goals such as 2000 rushing yards in a season or having 55% percent passing completion will our job security drop even though we win a lot of games? I remember in mlb the show 10 that I had an era less than 2 but i would never get called up because I wouldnt get ahead in the count often enough or didnt have enough strike outs.
