Variety of Colors for Equipment

Today I was editing some Auburn players' equipment and had a thought about the variety of colors for equipment. Specifically, I mean things like all of the varieties of sweatbands on the arms and legs. We only get the option to pick black, white, or the team's main color(navy blue for Auburn). When I was looking through some pictures of real Auburn players, I noticed that 90% of the sweatbands they wear are orange. I don't have the opportunity to make them orange in the game because that's not their #1 color. I think that giving us the chance to make equipment any color we want would help make the game look and feel more authentic. Hopefully, EA Sports puts this in NCAA Football 13 or if not too late, NCAA 12. What do you guys think?

I asked this question last year and one of the guys at EA and they told me that they have to pick a color. Ill see if I can if I can post it on here.

I had a feeling the Issue with no secondary colors was engine related. Not sure why a teams secondary colors can be used in others area that reference them, like the crowds for example.
