Sneak preview of UNT's New Stadium

If anyone cares, bu I dunno how to post pics in here......but here goes. This was from last week, they were smoothing out the gravel for the grass. I could not get into the stands as they were doing some sort of finishing touches but this is from the South Endzone. The Eagle wing stands in the North Endzone are right on top of the field. Really not a bad seat in the house and the crowd is gonna be right there.......(did i say crowd?)

Man that place looks tiny, but I guess since they put seats all the way around it looks smaller.

it actually looks pretty big from the outside. at least from the few seconds i saw of it driving to dallas for the big 12 championship game. does look pretty small from the inside though.

agreed, i figured with them building a new stadium at least add another tier... sort a no brainer IMO

It's about what I expected. I really wanted to go to UNT because it seemed like their football program was on the up, and they were doing things like this in order to attract players and students. Then there was the in-fighting between what they wanted in a stadium, and there were arguments on how to build the darn thing. It looks nice for a mid-major stadium, but it took a long time to get them there.
