I'm pretty sure EA said that TB will be up one week before the game. So, around 5 July. Last year it was a month prior to release date, don't know why they changed it this year.

What death said... I don't see why they would make us wait longer. Maybe there will be something revealed before then that has to do with TB, that will make sense for the delayment from previous years.
