Re: NCAA 12 Demo Live Tuners Suggestions

I usually agree with beavs posts but this is one where I digress. This thread is very necessary. The whole "we haven't played the demo yet" argument is void because we can see issues clearly in a half hour video of the demo itself being played.

EA is including tuners for the demo this year and thats a great idea, we need threads like this for them to hear our voice.

The only way I could see the good in the whole"we haven't played it yet" argument is if the demo had dropped alot sooner. With the demo coming out a mere two weeks before release, then I see this thread as necessary. In order for us not to get the wrong impression of the final product, I think its a great idea for them to make adjustments to a 2 month old or so build to bring it up to par to the final product.

Fortunately I am not too worried about this as eye witness accounts from E3 (a later build of the game than seen in the demo) said the CPU scrambled efficiently. There are even a couple vids (think the Washington vs Washington State vid, or something like that, forgot both the QBs) that show the CPU QB scrambling too. I believe one guy from E3 said he played he whole game against Baylor and the Baylor QB had 100 yards on 14 carries.

BUt yeah, I would love to see this reflected in the demo

Demo drops in 14 hours, so I thought it would be a good idea to bump this thread.

Re: NCAA 12 Demo Live Tuners Suggestions

We need to have the ability to fiddle with Game Sliders.

So many people play on different levels and forcing gamers to decide their like/dislike of the game based on EA's locked settings (Varsity/All-American/Heisman) is just asking for this game to be picked apart.

Everyone is already up in arms about the 2 min Qrt's.
**Seems like it is their intent to drive people away with their con't methods of limiting Gamers with their tight limitations across the board.

Interesting that they've suggested Demo Tuners to incorporate Gamer feedback to improve the game, but have not established the "who, what, when, were" with these Tuners.

If the utilization of this concept was organized, we would've been given so type of guidelines to follow.
-Type of things they can/will Tune
-Type of things they can't/will not Tune

We shall see....
