The playstation store usually doesn't update until the late afternoon early evening usually around 7:00 PM Eastern but sometimes earlier.

I remember when I used to be into Rock Band, the DLC would always come out at 5AM. PS3, I don't know. I hope early.

It has been up at around 4 CST for the last two years. It might not show up on your box, you will have to go to marketplace on your CPU and start the download there

The past 3 years it has been available to download whenever I woke up(6:30 am est).
