Don't know if this has been asked or not but if you start off as a OC or DC do you still get to recruit in dynasty? or do you have to wait till you become a head coach to do recruiting

No you can handle all the recruiting as a OC/DC if you want. Of you course you can do as you did last year and let the AI handle it as well.

Alright good deal. Any idea if once you make as a Head Coach if you get to hire and fire your OC or DC

No, you do not get to hire or fire OC/DC once you become head coach. At that point, the coordinators are pretty much just there for show and serve no real purpose.
