Do Coaches have ages?

that's probably about right although i was gonna say 25. if they implement position coaches one year i would say 23.

Dynasties can last up to 60 years right? I have never gone that far in one so I don't know personally but I thought I read that somewhere. If that is the case and 22 is the earliest starting age then perhaps 82 is the age they decided to go with for the maximum age your coach can be thus by having 22 be the starting age it is hard coded in that you can possibly live out the maximum career with your coach but that such isn't a given?

I hope the game doesn't force you to retire, I'm not going to be playing a Dynasty for 60 years but it would be annoying if you made an older coach and was force to retire in your dynasty without warning.

Plus, who doesn't want to have a 120 year old coach?

I just watched the dynasty video on the TFO website and the create a coach feature did NOT have an age....
