Did they ever patch the cpu option run ability?

I remember a lot of complaining that the cpu could not run the option last year. By the time patches were coming out i had moved on. was this issue ever addressed? I asked because i felt that the cpu didnt do the best job of running the option on the demo and qbs did not do much for scrambling either.

why dont we just say this is an improvement over last year fully patched...

are you saying that the option is better this year? I havent really tested the demo out but im a bit skeptical, i havent seen much from the option with Oregon yet.
