I wasn't trying to bash anyone, more frustrated at the game. Maybe with fix to zone coverage as well as the devs fixing the all out cpu blitzes I can actually play on AA this year. I knew that Heisman gave the cpu boosts, but last year thats what it took to get a somewhat competitive game against the cpu.

Yea I wish they would have fixed the long fg problem, it is just too unrealistic. I guess im gonna do like I did last year and treat it like a punt. I put my punt return team out there and catch in the endzone and return to around the 20-25. That way it works basically like a punt as long as they dont kick it through the endzone.

I know that's out there, but we shouldn't even have to do that, what a joke how this has not been addressed. It doesn't do this in madden, there's no doubt it's a bug, not the cpu being more aggressive as stated in an earlier post.

Just play on AA and jack up the sliders for the CPU and move the human ones down..

Is it something that could get "patched"?

They didn't patch it last year, I doubt they fix it this year as well, it sucks to that I'm not getting a game that I really wanted to get. Maybe AA will work this year, but it never has in the past. I'm well aware about the cpu's att's being raised on the heisman level, but I'm more interested in a competitive game.

Sliders. AA is the most realistic game of football I've played. Same as in Madden with All-Pro vs. All-Madden. Instead of complaining about the problems with AA and Heisman, man up, get some sliders on AA, and you'll probably get a game you like.

The point of this thread is not to complain, but to get something accomplished other than catchy statements by other members. The fact is, I want to be able to enjoy the game and AA last year was not fun or a realistic challenge.
Let's get one thing straight; there was NOTHING correct about NCAA '05. '04 & '06, but not '05.
