Any reason to wait for named rosters for RTG or coaching carrousel?

Thanks for the info everyone.

I guess I didn't/don't fully understand the coaching carrousel. If it is part of dynasty, then can I do 2 dynasties at the same time--in other words, I want to have 1 (offline) dynasty playing with my favorite team, playing every play of every season.

But I want to have another dynasty where I am an OC starting off at a small school.

Can I do this?

yes you can.

and the new RTG mode and custom playbooks will keep me busy until rosters come out this year.

it used to be an unbearable wait (but i'm grateful to the guys who work so hard to get them out)
