Here is the Offensive formations selectable in Custom playbook
NOTE: There is one Wildcat formation only found in Auburns Playbook and isnt selectable in custom playbooks, no other formations have been found with this problem but I will try to find them once I get my hands on the Full Game. I put the info from the original post in spreadsheet format for easier viewing and printing - all on one page now! I also kind of grouped the formations based on play-style (spread formations together, multiple back ones together, triple-option heavy together). Separate sheets for both offense and defense.

Only two Wildcat formations... thats upsetting, I wanted to have a good 5 to 6 of them in my playbook.

Hopefully the formations have a good many plays in each.

I think that all the Wildcat Formations are there. They probably just put Wildcat to group them.
