Why do some teams not want their uniforms in the game?

Yeah, I liked the red helmet and black jersey look.

Overall, I like this new philosophy they seem to have of not removing old uniforms. I like how they still have the 09 and 10 jerseys. UGA's were the only ones that jumped out at me as being gone from last year, but maybe they requested to have them removed?

I actually remember seeing a post by Moylan saying that Teambuilder isn't 100% at this point since there are a few things missing, like UNLV's jerseys don't have numbers, and Maryland is missing helmets. So maybe they are still in, but just haven't been added yet.

I imagine they need explicit permission to add a team's uniform, so it could be as simple as some teams just aren't that responsive to EA inquiries.
