For reference, GI gave NCAA Football 11 a 9.0 as well, and NCAA Football 10 an 8.5.

I hardly ever give much credence to professional reviewers and their opinion on sports games unless they review sports games exclusively. It's like listening to my gaming friend who spends 95% of his time on FPS but wants to offer some end all opinion on Madden, but doesn't even like football all that much.

I'll go and watch/read it though just to see what they have to say.

While he scores the game a 9.0, he doesn't seem to be doing cartwheels over the game. It does sound like the game is NCAA 11.5.

I'm not going to critique the game in this post, just the review.

I'm a game reviewer, and I could of written that review without even playing the game. I know that can be said about a lot of the reviews nowadays, but I feel as if he only did some research and played the demo.

There's no actual mention of any specific mode he played. No play now, I played "Team A" vs. "Team B", no "in my RTG with my 5'7" QB", nothing. No specifics. I think it's a little weak.

For all I know, he might of played the game, maybe he's THE Brock Luker, but he didn't convince me in that review.
