coach mode ?

hey guys i see alot of people talking about coach mode. How do you do coach mode. I have never done that in the previous versions of the game. Just wondering how you do it during a game. Any help would be appreciated.

You do everything you would in a normal dynasty (recruiting, depth chart etc.) but during the game you call the plays only and the computer executes your play. You don't actually control what happens on the field.

i understand what it is but how do you do it. Like when you go to a game and you move your controller to which team your want to be what do you do. If you leave it in the middle you just get to watch the game so is there somewhere you have to go to turn coach mode on or off??

There's an option when you're about to enter the game similar to the 1 button mode option in past games.
