I'll be a homer and say Aaron Murray of Georgia would be a good one. He is 92 overall as a (RS) Sophomore.

Of course Stanford with Luck would be a clear cut favorite, but Kellen Moore with Boise St. is absolutely deadly, Landry Jones (Who I think is overrated) will be rated highly in the game with Oklahoma and they're ridiculous talent, and the Brandon Weeden to Justin Blackmon connection will absolutely kill defenses

I would choose either Aaron Murray from Georgia; he is a 92 overall with 93 throw power and 87 accuracy or Danny O'brien from Maryland; he is a 89 overall with 91 throw power and 85 accuracy. Murray is a sophomore and O'brien is a redshirt sophomore so there are plenty of years of eligibility.
